We offer you the best options for online purchases.

We are using Klarna as our payment provider that offers smooth solutions with either invoice, installment or bank and card payment.
If you choose Klarna they will send an invoice after purchase within 14 days.

Alternatively Paypal where you can pay with a Paypal account or choose Card Payment for Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Order confirmation /receipt

Once you complete your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided in the order.
If you don’t receive the order confirmation on the same day you made your order please contact us info@makeupmirror.com
When your goods are packed, a confirmation will be sent by mail.
Together with your delivery you will also receive a delivery slip.

Personal data

Personal data we receive in conjunction with a purchase will not be disclosed to third parties. We process your personal information in accordance with the Swedish Personal Information Act (PUL). All data are protected from external infringements. If you want to change, delete or extract info from your personal information, that is fine. Makeup Mirror AB in Stockholm does not handle credit card information at card purchases.

ONE (1) year warranty

Brightmond AB provides a limited warranty of one year for products with factory defects for under (1) year from date of purchase. Any defects (but not damages caused by wear) arising during this time as a result of normal use will either be repaired or replaced at the expense of Brightmond AB.
The following terms and conditions apply to this warranty:
The product (s) must have been purchased from makeupmirror.com website.
The consumer must show proof of purchase from the online store.
The product should be returned in the original packaging.
Brightmond AB reserves the right to refuse warranty claims if we can demonstrate hard handling or abuse of the product.
Any replacement product will be under the same warranty period as the original product.

Return Policy

You have the right to return your product for 14 days from receipt of delivery.

The mirror should be without scratches and returned in it’s original packaging. If you don’t have the original packaging, we can send a new for the cost of (150 kr) plus shipping 75 sek). Shipping cost for returns or change are: 75 sek for makeup mirrrors and 299 sek for salon and fullbody mirrors.

When we receive the product, we will cancel the purchase or refund you if you already paid for it.

CHRISTMAS GIFTS
You have 14 days right to return or change all christmas gifts after the 24 December, that is until the 3 January.

Complaint
We will be responsible for any return shipping cost at an approved complaint. If the item is in stock, we will send a new one as soon as we have received the goods and approved the complaint.
The product must be returned in the original package.
If the item is no longer in stock, we will contact you for further handling of the case.
We follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board in case of a dispute.

Unclaimed goods
For unclaimed goods, the customer has to pay for the shipping cost of the returning of the item.

Refund with card purchases
Refunds will be made no later than 3 working days after we receive the item. We will refund the current amount. It may take between one and five working days before the money appears on the account (depending on the bank)

Vouchers and sales offers

You can’t use special codes or vouchers combined with other offers.

Other
We follow the Consumer Agency’s rules for e-commerce and returns. You have to be over 18 years old to shop at us. All prices are incl. VAT. We reserve ourselves the right for any printing error, sold outs and that images can not always reflect the exact appearance and color of the goods.
